Sapna holds Master’s degree in Law, a PGDM in PM & HR, and a Bachelor degree in Engineering. A member of CIPD, SHRI, AIHR and a qualified life coach, her other professional qualifications span a broad-spectrum encompassing HR, people analytics, digital marketing, future of work, diversity, unconscious bias, and talent management. Her deep-seated knowledge of staffing agency operations and business management crafts a multifaceted picture of her capabilities.
